What they work on is ALWAYS a matter of priority and cosmetic, unimportant things like this will always take a back seat to bug fixes, major features etc.
Of course, but my sentence is more of a remark on a whole. It's like the "drop". There are the wands yes, maybe you're right, not the priority, yet there are utterly useless since a few expansions so the easiest way was to just remove them.
Yes cosmetics aren't really a priority. Except it kinda is. In a RPG the look of your character, the look of your stuff, the look of your weapons, the look of your spells should be higher in the priority list than it currently is.
