Guests gorge themselves on minibar snacks and multitiered cake. The Sweet Sixteen is pretty mutable, both in its celebration and its role as a coming-out party. There is oftentimes a theme or at least a color scheme for the party. Finding a Glendale banquet hall or venue in your neighborhood is one of your first steps.
